John has sold and consulted on corporate retirement plans and regularly educates financial advisors and the general public on the prudent processes necessary in the administration of corporate retirement plans. He has given numerous Fiduciary Responsibilities presentations over the last few years to plan sponsors, PIHRA organizations, CPA’s, attorneys, and financial advisors. As a student of the art, he keeps abreast of the evolving landscape by reading past and present case law and attending seminars himself. “Many plan sponsors are not fully aware of the depth of their responsibilities nor do they realize the level of potential liabilities associated. I enjoy teaching plan sponsors about and assisting plan sponsors in correcting these areas of potential weakness.” Community Comments
