The Women's Opportunities Center (WOC) at UC Irvine Extension is hosting a free fall Job Fair on Wednesday, October 7, from 3-6pm, on the UCI Campus. Employers from the Orange County area will be in attendance to discuss open positions within their companies. Past employers have included Wells Fargo, LA County Sheriff's Department, Capital Group, COMFORCE Staffing, DeVry, Working Wardrobes, and more

WOC is a nonprofit community service organization dedicated to helping individuals successfully navigate personal and professionals paths through comprehensive, high-quality career services. WOC provides the tools and resources to assist you at any stage of your career -- whether you're re-entering the workforce, changing jobs or pursuing a new occupation. Network with other members, gain confidence, and explore your deepest interests, personality traits and passions through hands-on workshops and one-on-one support.

A four-month membership includes one-on-one career counseling sessions; workshops on topics like resume development, networking, interviewing, and negotiating; assessment tests; and special workshops on divorce, retirement and life transitions.

WOC also offers career planning courses for non-members.
