The Clinical Supervisor ensures that the treatment provided is consistent with the Penny Lane philosophy and meets the current standards for quality of care, medical necessity and other requirements as defined by L.A. County Department of Mental Health. Clinical Supervisor is accountable for staff development and performance improvement, and for promoting appropriate and effective care through established monitoring systems and professional staff growth.

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervisory oversight of the clinical and technical accuracy of the clinical records. The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for implementing and monitoring data collection and aggregation of the data as related to the analysis of various clinical record indicators.

Skills / Requirements

License MFT, LCSW, Ph.D., Psy.D must meet requirements to provide BBS supervision of therapist.
Licensed Psychologists with either a Psy.D. or a Ph.D
Supervisory experience preferred
Experience in a behavioral health field woking with children, adolescents and families; experience with Department of Mental Health documentation.
Must a valid California driver's license , current automobile insurance and must maintain a clean driving record.
