High The past several years have been a time of significant growth for HDRN. The first Chief Executive Officer was hired; through extensive research and outreach our list of identified local organizations has grown from approximately 200 to well over 1,000 nonprofits, schools, public agencies, clubs and ministries; regular Network meetings have grown in average attendance; five annual Funding Forum conferences have been conducted; many workshops have been conducted to help nonprofit staff and volunteers learn information that will benefit their organization and increase their productivity. In addition, HDRN regularly provides timely information about available funding and resources, via email to more than 1,600 nonprofit and public service employees and volunteers.
During this time HDRN has established itself as a leading community convener and capacity builder in our county. Our services are open to any organization or volunteer that wishes to participate and we encourage collaboration among the various service provider sectors.
OUR VISION We envision a community where the spirit of cooperation thrives and all sectors come together to ensure that critical community needs are met. To support and strengthen community benefit organizations in the High Desert through technical assistance, resource development, networking and community education. Ethical practice, inclusiveness and welcoming, transparency and accountability, and objectivity and neutrality. OUR GOALS Contact Us
