Job: Collector/Customer service

Since 1992, Home Acceptance Corporation (HAC) has been providing financial services to Retail Merchants and their customers throughout the United States. We have a long history of developing deep, lasting relationships with our Merchants and customers.

The foundation of our success is our hard-earned reputation for effectively listening to our merchants and their customers, managing all accounts receivables purchased, serviced, or collected, and producing innovative solutions while focusing on customer service. HAC strives to provide quality customer service as affirmed by numerous merchant and customer references and recommendation letters.

Our collectors are the foundation of our success at HAC. Our trained professionals are responsible for following up on accounts and ensuring that accounts are current and up to date. Our Collectors must be able to provide friendly customer service while have the ability to handle tough collection calls on delinquent accounts.

HAC offers its employees a family oriented environment that fosters advancement and growth opportunities. We have a 3 day training program that will develop your skills as a collector and get you accustomed to our fun working environment. Our collectors enjoy our annual awards banquet as well as our many bonus plans. Finally, we are looking for candidates that will grow with us into a Collections Manager role.
