The position of Financial Advisor is an entrepreneurial consultative sales position allowing one to go into business for themselves but certainly not by themselves.Associates are responsible for putting together financial programs that will respond to client needs,concerns and goals tomorrow and 30 years from tomorrow.Associates are business professionals who work with attorneys, accountants and other executives. Associates build a professional practice very much the way a Doctor builds a medical practice or a Lawyer builds a legal practice with the exception that we provide everything.You will build your business by: * Prospecting for clients on a referral basis within clearly defined markets * Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients * Listening empathetically,gathering facts,analyzing total needs and making responsible recommendations. * Conducting comprehensive written annual reviews. * Expanding personal knowledge and skills through joint work with fellow associates. Associates are trained in the art of "counselor based" selling;a two-interview very sophisticated selling system that focuses on needs based selling. Not just selling a product but identifying a need and then finding the right product to fit that need. Pay
This is a commission based position. We also provide a Financing Subsidy of $54,000 spread out over the first three years that you may qualify for. This is not a draw against commissions situation.
