Jobing Description
Qualified candidates must possess shopping center marketing experience, as you will assist in implementation of center marketing and public relations campaigns; management of retailer communications programs and implementation and execution of annual marketing plans.

With the supervision of the Marketing Director, duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Assist in management of the company marketing budgets; Delivery of all marketing activity within plan budget.

Support in organizing and maintaining merchant relations including:

Lease-required advertising program
In-store and gift-with-purchase promotional programs
Aiding merchants with individual marketing efforts
Public relations efforts
Event coordination

Oversee the various California center's interactive marketing efforts including supervision of web site design, maintenance, e-mail database and promotional emails.

Assist in the creation and management of the CA center's annual event schedules and coordination of public relations efforts.

Establishing a rapport and maintaining relationships with local constituents including nearby schools, businesses, community groups, nearby homeowner's associations and other venues.





Skills / Requirements
College degree required. With Marketing, Business, Design or Communications preferred.

At least 2 years in marketing/pr/advertising role within professional services environment, preferably retail or shopping center industry related. Marketing management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program

Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
