I recently started a short video on first jobs based on the interviews done on the Pursue the Passion Tour. What I was surprised to find was that most of our interviewees didn't generally succeed their first time out. A big component of the Pursue the Passion mission is understanding more about individual career paths. We believe the journey is as important as the destination. Finding a great job doesn’t happen overnight and it’s important to acknowledge all stages of the process.
