The HRIS Manager plays a critical role in managing and implementing the current HRIS System, SuccessFactors to take our organization to the next level. Through designing and developing ad-hoc reports, queries, processes, procedures and recommends methods for data extraction, manipulation, summarization, and database design for HRIS internal customers, this role provides excellent direction and assistance to AHF’s Human Resources Managers, Senior Managers and Business Lines, while implementing modern and up-to-date system processes.
In this role you will use extensive knowledge of computer technology and apply keen sense of analytical problem solving within the HRIS systems. You will ensure the top of the line management, development, ongoing maintenance, and technical support for our current HRIS System, SuccessFactors.
As a team member based at Headquarters Office in Los Angeles this role works directly with Senior Managers, HR Managers and Business Partners to create new and effective ways to improve SuccessFactors and other HRIS systems.
This role adds significant value to AHF and Human Resources Department by serving as the main focal point for the current HRIS system operation and administration and the subject matter expert on SuccessFactors.
