    Pro-actively supports and drives sales of Managed Print Services within an assigned territory. Works collaboratively with Canon Solutions America Sales to identify Managed Print Services opportunity so as to increase profit and overall print optimization. Fully understands market trends, competitive offerings, workflow process and IT infrastructures.


    - Project Leader and Consultant for all Managed Print Services zone activity.
    - Represents Canon Solutions America in high profile accounts.
    - Assists in the response of RFPs and Bids.
    - Attends customer meetings, sales calls, training events and other customer related activities.
    - Trains and develops Field Sales on the Managed Print Services process.
    - Identifies potential customers.
    - Analyzes fleets by utilizing the PrintFleet Tool.
    - Responsible for optimization strategy.
    - Responsible for building proposals.
    - Conducts customer presentations.
    - Responsible for quarterly review process.
    - Supports Field Sales with Managed Print Services program updates via webcasts, live training, deal workshops and operation reviews.
    - Ensures that all Managed Print Services program processes, policies, and strategy are followed for all opportunities.
    - Report to management on top prospects. Organizes and manages account strategy along with the Sales Executive.
    - Works with Sales Planning on operational standards – identifies areas that need improvement and makes recommendations.
    - Works in conjunction with Field Marketing on specific promotional and Managed Print Services events that create field acceptance and confidence in the program.
    - Provides Monthly 1x1 Updates to Sales Planning and appropriate Management.


    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
    - Equivalent sales, Managed Print Services, solutions, analyst or consultant experience.
    - Managed Print Services Field Certification as a percent of the Zone Sales population.
    - Accurate Forecasting of Top 50 MDS Accounts – coordination.
    - Proficient with Managed Print Services Tools, online support and applications.
    - Strong selling skills required. Managed Print Services, Solutions or IT Services.
    - Experience working with IT and C-Level Decision makers desired.
    - Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
    - The ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
    - Excellent presentation skills.
    - Strong MS Office Suite and database knowledge
    - May require a significant amount of travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
    - CDIA+ or other related industry certifications a plus.
