We’re looking for talented college graduates to join our SoCal team for a three-month paid internship program. Our internships provide direct exposure to clients and real-life experience across a variety of projects, including brainstorming, research, writing, media monitoring, event coordination, media pitching and problem-solving.
Forget making endless coffee runs, we expect our graduate interns to jump directly into client work, learning the ropes of what it takes to become a PR practitioner. From day one, our interns become integral parts of our team, many of whom get hired on as permanent employees. Opportunities are available across all areas of our business including:

Our ideal candidates will have graduated and completed college coursework in journalism, public relations, communications or related fields. All of our graduate interns are expected to have:
- Excellent communications and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent research, writing and organization skills
- Extensive social media experience across multiple platforms
- An ability to work easily in both large team environments or independently
- An ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn from our industry-leading team of counselors
- Prior internship experience at a public relations firm or corporate communications department
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), paid position for three months, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position at the completion of the program.
