Job Description

The Digital Media Manager, Marketing will lead strategic development of a three-year digital road map including integration across channels.

Digital Media

  • Lead development of website, mobile app and email/CRM program
  • Leadership in digital marketing innovation, industry trends, tools and technology, new best practices and digital engagement insights
  • Leads development of the Online Ordering platform within the mobile app
  • Paid digital and paid/organic Social (both English and Spanish) to support the national plan
  • Drive search strategy (SEM and SEO), aligned with overarching brand strategic priorities

CRM

  • Grow the reach and overall effectiveness of our email marketing program including membership list growth/acquisition
  • Data integration/segmentation for email
  • Develop long-term CRM strategy including development of loyalty program and cross channel integration

Data Insights

  • Identify data driven insights that inform marketing strategies and connect with high value audiences to drive traffic to IHOP restaurants
  • Lead development of data reporting and optimizations

IT Integration

  • Work with internal teams and partner agencies to oversee and monitor ongoing campaign performance, ensuring campaigns are executed properly and are meeting goals
  • Light programming responsibilities related to online ordering platform

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5 years of media and digital planning via agency or in-house client side
  • Experience working with well-known brands and high-profile campaigns
  • A Hard-earned fear of hitting the email send button
  • Retail and or restaurant experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical, planning and organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive improvement of digital KPIs via a strong analytical mindset
