Responsibilities:

  • Manage Customer service
    • Phone calls
    • Emails
    • Escalations
    • Manage all correspondence
    • Other customer service related duties as assigned
  • Support SLO Website
  • Create and distribute information letters
  • Manage presence in social networking sites including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other similar sites
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications
  • Maintain Calendar and schedule
  • Provide support to the project team and provide any additional support as needed

                                   

Qualifications:

  • Prefer minimum of three months experience with Customer Service
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving, proofreading and customer service abilities
  • Hands on, energetic and motivated self-starter
  • Proactive to keep up with heavy workload and fast paced environment
  • Excellent organization skills, follow-up skills and proven track record in supporting multiple team members
  • Social Media Experience
  • Computer skills – Mac, Excel, Word, Photoshop
