    McDonald’sUSA, Long Beach Field Office is looking for an Administrative Coordinator tosupport functional departments. This is an excellent opportunity to build uponyour professional experience in collaborative environment. You will be acritical team member and will perform a wide variety of specialized andadministrative functions to support the functional departments within our fieldoffice. 

This role resides in Long Beach, CA for the remainder of 2019 but will be moving to Irvine, CA in early 2020.

    ·    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Office Administration, Finance or related field preferred

    ·    Time management and multitasking skills required

    Technical Skills Required:

    ·    Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

    ·    Experience using sales reporting tools preferred (ex. Marketing Analytics)

    ·    Database management skills desired

    ·    Skilled working with Office Technology (ex. Audiovisual equipment, tablets, etc.)

    ·    Experience using Cisco WebEx for web-based meetings preferred but not required

    ·    Experience with social collaboration (i.e. SharePoint, OneDrive for Business), desktop publishing and web design software preferred



    ·    Responsible for the overall administrative functions of the Field Office including, but not limited to expense reports, professional letters/DocuSign, digital filing, etc.

    ·    Assist with calendar and travel management for executives

    ·    Track timelines and coordinate the completion of ongoing department projects.

    ·    Maintain updated department shared drives and files

    ·    Help maintain field calendar with critical and current meeting details

    ·    Maintain and update Field Office distribution lists and organization charts

    ·    Collaboratively manage and coordinate creation and update of regional intranet content, working with internal content providers to ensure content is up to date, accurate and meets company standards

    ·    Participate in the coordination and editing of communications for senior leaders and functions that align with and support the overall goals of the team and organization

    ·    Design, write and edit PowerPoints, emails, and letters for corporate employees, executives, and franchisees to engage and excite audiences about regional priorities
