Opportunities & Responsibilities within Business Functions Internships may include (but are not limited to):
  • Human Resources: planning & organizing events, org chart management, office space planning, employee communications, assisting with the recruitment process, general employee inquiries & requests, and other administrative responsibilities
  • Publicity: developing, contributing to, and executing publicity campaigns, campaign related research, press coverage packets, writing & copy editing press materials, planning & executing events, desk coverage, and other administrative responsibilities
  • Communications: desk coverage, assisting with events and awards, compiling daily press clips, and other administrative responsibilities
  • Finance: preparing documentation for batch logs and building bankers boxes, creating & maintaining inventory sheets, running & reconciling reports, desk coverage and other administrative responsibilities
  • Research: various research projects, daily reporting & analysis, and other administrative tasks

Career Level

• In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress.
• Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits)
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by NBCUniversal
• Must be able to work on-site in Universal City, CA
