    The Los Angeles office of a regional law firm seeks an Administrative Support Assistant. This is an administrative position in a fast paced environment where pace and accuracy are both important.

    Responsibilities

    Must be professional, well-organized, detail-oriented, customer service focused, have professional oral and written communication skills, type a minimum of 60 wpm, be able to prioritize multiple assignments, and work well under pressure with a “can do” and positive attitude. The position will be responsible for administrative tasks, which may include expense reports, files, time entry into a database, mailings, saving documents to our document management system, processing mail, assisting with trial preparation and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office to include: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Windows, as well as being adept at learning new systems. Recent college graduate with office environment experience preferred.
