Senior Proposal Manager
STV’s Marketing Communications Group has an opportunity for an organized, motivated marketing professional to join our growing team. This position will be located in our Irvine, CA office.
Visionary, confident leader with experience managing proposals and presentations, as well as training and mentoring marketing staff. The successful candidate would lead and motivate technical, proposal, and graphics staff and oversee adherence to milestones, schedules, and deadlines. Other responsibilities will include maintaining corporate proposal and graphics standards and conducting QC reviews to ensure that the proposals prepared are of high quality, competitive, and creative.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of staff and management. S/he needs to be adept at managing deadlines while ensuring quality and delivering client value. The ideal candidate is driven to succeed personally and professionally, think strategically, and skilled in engaging teams to develop compelling win strategies. Also responsible for maintaining corporate proposal and graphics standards. Qualified candidates should be able to manage multiple assignments, and be willing to work overtime, when necessary.
- College degree, preferably in English or Liberal Arts, or an industry-related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft ® Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Minimum of 15 years of proposal management experience; design-builds a plus
- Shipley training is ideal, but not required
- Experience with marketing in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry is required.
